License Reset
If you experience license activation issues, contact support via Discord to have your key reset.
Errors/Crashing
If you experience any errors or crashing and would like to submit a report, ensure you run terminal mode to collect the logs. Send that information in a text file to to support via Discord.
Read Only Error
Move the SwftAIO.app into your applications folder to resolve any issues. You can press shift+command+A to quickly access this folder in Finder.
Common Errors
A list of things to review before contacting support:
- Ensure your IP is whitelisted when using IP authorized proxies.
- Restart your Mac if you experience any license activation issues. If they persist, proceed to reset your license via the activation pop up.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Swft installed.
